We cook Indian food on a wood-fired stove and over charcoal in a tandoor. Our recipes come from a variety of homes in India and Nepal. Our home is naked - we welcome you right into the kitchen.

We build our cuisine on the basis of ecologically clean seasonal products – we do not skimp on the quality of our ingredients. (Read)
The absence of a menu allows us to serve guests only fresh food — we do not reheat yesterdays food. Several times a week we make homemade cheese from farm milk and cream. We grind our own flour, bake fresh bread, rub masalas by hand, make our own almond milk.

Every eighth Sunday
We have morning parties, share recipes – bread, dal, tea, curry, various other dishes. You cook with us. In the morning. And then have lunch.
